THE COMPANY
A healthy start feeds success.
MISSION
“Pixellent Studio seeks to help small and developing businesses to reach their fullest potential by providing them with the tools they need for a healthy start. We strive to accomplish this by supplying our clients with the information, training, technical resources and marketing strategies necessary to grow and strengthen their business. Our activities are guided by 3 major beliefs:
(1) developing a sustainable and lasting business first requires a strong and well-established foundation,
(2) once we obtain a client, he remains our client for life as we continue to provide support throughout his development, and
(3) the client’s success is what makes us successful.”
HISTORY
Pixellent Studio actually started as little more than a hobby to keep founder Myriam Dimanche busy during the summer months between semesters at Concordia University beginning in 2006. Her long-standing passion for Internet technologies made web design a natural avenue to explore. She enjoyed the challenges and nuances the field had to offer simply on a personal level, and grew increasingly intrigued by her new hobby. One client led to another, and another, and before long this pastime began to develop into something more. Myriam began to see the potential for turning this hobby into a full-fledged business venture, and seized the opportunity. Her company began running unofficially beginning August 31, 2006, and Pixellent Studio became a legal entity on November 9, 2007.
THE FOUNDER

Myriam is the Sole Proprietor and President of Pixellent Studio. She registered the company in 2007 at the age of 24.
She completed three years of her four-year program working towards a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Finance at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business before she stopped her studies to begin her business venture. Before studying Finance, she studied Biology at Concordia for two and a half years, until she realized business was her true calling.
Myriam’s scholastic background and work experience has her well-versed in the laws and theories of business, and she has an especially strong interest in Web technologies, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints (TOC). For more details about Myriam’s education and work experiences, click here to view her résumé.
